Introduction
Welcome to Cosmx (“hereinafter referred to as the Platform”). By accessing and using our Platform, you (“Seeker” if availing services, or “Guide” if offering services) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.
This Platform is owned and operated by Sobreva Ventures Private Limited (“us” “We”, “the Company” or “Cosmx” which also includes its affiliates). The Platform may be provided or be accessible via multiple websites or applications whether owned and/or operated by us or by third parties, including, without limitation, the website www.cosmx.app and its related apps.
Following Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access and use of our online platform through which consulting, information related to Astrology, Fortune Telling, Numerology, Vastu & Energy Alignment, Interpretive Sciences, Healing & Energy Work, Life Coaching, Wellness & Counselling, Therapy and other allied sciences are administered and accessible to any person.
By accessing or using the Platform, you are entering into this Agreement. You should read this Agreement carefully before starting to use the Platform. If you do not agree to be bound to any term of this Agreement, you must not access the Platform.
When the terms "we", "us", "our", “company” or similar are used in this Agreement, they refer to any company that owns and operates the Platform (" Sobreva Ventures Private Limited ").
General Description
The Platform is an internet-based portal having its existence on World Wide Web, Application and other electronic medium and provides a platform for obtaining Astro Wellness through engagement of services of verified practitioners offering consultations across various interpretive sciences, energy work, coaching and therapy domains. A brief description of the services offered but not limited to are as hereinbelow:

Definitions
“Seekers”: Registered users who seek or book consultations and services offered on the Platform.
“Guides”: Verified practitioners, coaches, therapists, healers, and consultants providing services listed on the Platform.
“Services”: Includes any consultation, session, reading, guidance, or practice offered under categories such as Astrology, Tarot, Fortune Telling, Numerology, Vastu & Energy Alignment, Interpretive Sciences, Healing & Energy Work, Life Coaching, Wellness & Counselling, and other related fields.
“Platform”: The Cosmx website, mobile application, and associated services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Seekers booking mental health, wellness, or therapy-related services must ensure they are of legal consenting age in their jurisdiction.
Guides must provide accurate qualifications, certifications, and legal documentation for verification before listing services.
Scope of Services
The Platform acts as a marketplace connecting Seekers with Guides.
We are not responsible for the content, advice, interpretations, or claims made during Guide sessions. All services are intended for guidance, personal growth, and well-being support, not as replacements for licensed medical, legal, or financial advice.
Some categories, like Wellness & Counselling or Mental Health, may involve licensed professionals. Seekers must confirm the credentials of their chosen Guide.
User Responsibilities
For Seekers:
Provide accurate booking and payment information.
Use services responsibly and understand that outcomes are subjective and cannot be guaranteed.
Seek appropriate professional help in situations of medical or psychological emergencies; the Platform is not a crisis intervention service.
To provide current, complete and accurate information about himself as prompted to do so by the Website.
The Seekers must not impersonate another person while providing their personal data.
To maintain and update the above information as required and submitted by you with the view to maintain the accuracy of the information being current and complete.
For Guides:
Provide truthful information about qualifications, skills, and domains of practice.
Deliver services ethically, respecting confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Avoid providing medical diagnoses or financial/legal guarantees unless professionally licensed and lawfully permitted.
Payments and Pricing
All service fees are displayed on the Platform and are to be paid to the Platform in advance through approved payment gateways.
The Platform may charge a commission on Guide earnings, details of which will be outlined separately.
Refunds may be issued only under specific circumstances (e.g., non-delivery of service, technical malfunction) in accordance with our Refund Policy.
The services availed by the Seekers and those provided by the Guides are intended for personal use only and any and all agreements and conditions of use are completely non-transferable.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Both Seekers and Guides agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sessions.
Guides must not share personal details of Seekers without consent.
The Platform collects and processes personal data in line with its Privacy Policy.
Seekers have the right to request deletion of the data. Exercise of such right must be expressly brought to the notice of the Guides as outlined in the Data Protection and Privacy Policy.
Code of Conduct
No harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or misinformation is prohibited.
Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.
Disclaimers
Services offered on this Platform are meant for guidance, self-development, and supportive purposes only.
The Platform does not guarantee any outcomes, results, or accuracy of predictions in interpretive sciences, fortune-telling, or spiritual practices.
Mental health, therapy, wellness and financial well-being services provided by Guides must not be substituted for emergency psychiatric, medical care or to be construed as expert advice on financial management and planning.
Limitation of Liability
The Platform is not liable for actions, advice, or claims made by any Guide.
Seekers engage in services at their own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform disclaims liability for damages, losses, or disputes arising from services delivered.
Account Suspension & Termination
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any misuse of services.
Guides found misrepresenting credentials or engaging in unethical practices may face permanent removal.
The Platform reserves its right to terminate the accounts of both Guides and Seekers who are found to be engaging in conversations relating to inter-se intimacy or solicitation of sexual services of any sort, child abuse, dating or matchmaking provocative comments and/or religious hate comment. Such rights shall be exercised without notice and may be reported to appropriate authorities, if required.
Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, trademark and technology remain the sole property of Cosmx.
Guides retain intellectual property rights over their original material but grant the Platform a limited license to promote their services.
Force Majeure
If either of the users is prevented or delayed from or in performing any of their obligations under the terms of use by force majeure events such as acts of God, war, riots, strikes, or any order of the local/state/central government etc., then such user may notify the other party of the circumstances constituting the force majeure and of the obligation, the performance of which is thereby delayed or prevented and the performance of which is thereby delayed or prevented, and the party giving notice shall thereupon be excused from the performance or punctual performance, as the case may be, of such obligation for as long as the circumstances of prevention or delay may continue. The above circumstance shall include a situation in the nature of digital shutdown, malware attacks, internet blockages, cyber-attack or other events of similar nature.
If by virtue of the preceding sub-clause either of the user shall be excused from the performance or punctual performance of any obligation for a continuous period of two months, then either of the user may at any time thereafter and, provided such performance or punctual performance is still excused, by notice to the other, terminate the Agreement.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
Notices
Except as otherwise stated in these Terms of Service, all notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made via email. Notice shall be deemed given 72 hours after an email is sent, to member at the address provided by seeker in the Registration Data and to the Platform at the email address set forth below:

Modifications
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and continued use indicates acceptance of the changes.
Pricing Policy
Introduction
This Pricing Policy governs all services offered by Guides on our platform, including 1:1 Sessions, Journeys (multi-session packages), and Masterclasses. All prices mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes.
1:1 Sessions
Available Durations: 15, 30, and 60 minutes.
Base Pricing (Starts at INR 499 and shall vary as per Guide’s personal tariff) :
15 minutes: Minimum INR 499 (exclusive of GST).
30 minutes: Calculated at a 10% discount on the equivalent 15-minute rate.
60 minutes: Calculated at a 20% discount on the equivalent 15-minute rate.
Guide Pricing Flexibility:
Every Guide must offer all three duration options.
Guides may set their prices at or above the minimum base rate.
The discounted structure (10% for 30 min, 20% for 60 min) will automatically apply.
Example (Base Rate INR 499 for 15 min):
15 min = INR 499
30 min = (2 × 499) - 10% = INR 898 approx.
60 min = (4 × 499) - 20% = INR 1,597 approx.
Journeys (1:1 Multi-Session Packages)
Available Formats: Sets of 3, 4, or 5 sessions.
Session Length Options: 30 minutes or 60 minutes each.
Pricing Calculations:
Based on the discounted session rate applicable (30 min = 10% discount, 60 min = 20% discount).
A further 10% discount applied on the total aggregate price of the package.
Validity: All Journey packages must be completed within 60 days of the start date, including any rescheduling.
Example (Base Rate INR 499):
30 min Journey of 3 sessions: (3 × 898) - 10% = INR 2,424 approx.
60 min Journey of 5 sessions: (5 × 1,597) - 10% = INR 7,187 approx.
Masterclasses (Group Sessions)
Format: Group learning with up to 10 attendees.
Duration: Fixed at 60 minutes.
Base Pricing starts at INR 99 per attendee (exclusive of GST) and shall vary as per Guide’s personal tariff.
Guide Moderation Rights: Guides can mute, block, or remove disruptive participants to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
General Terms
2.1 All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes.
2.2 Guides setting prices must adhere to the discount framework specified above.
2.3 The platform reserves the right to review, revise, or update this pricing structure at its discretion.
2.4 Any such changes will not affect confirmed and booked Sessions, Journeys, or Masterclasses.
Reschedule, Cancellation & Refund Policy Rescheduling
3.1 Rescheduling is unlimited with more than 48 hours’ notice before the session or journey start.
3.2 Within 24–48 hours of session start, only one reschedule allowed per seeker. Additional requests forfeit the full booking amount.
3.3 No rescheduling within 24 hours of the session. Guide cannot reschedule in any window.
Cancellation Policy
4.1 Seeker cancels (>48hr): No penalty, full refund, unlimited changes per session and journey.
4.2 Guide cancels (>48hr): No penalty, unlimited rescheduling, session must occur if any seeker attends.
4.3 Seeker cancels (24–48hr): 50% refund to seeker, 50% paid to guide. Only one reschedule allowed per session and journey; subsequent cancellation forfeits full booking.
4.4 Guide cancels (24–48hr): Seekers receive full refund, guide pays full amount, and is penalized 100% of list price from payout wallet. No rescheduling allowed for guide; session continues with any seeker.
4.5 Seeker cancels (<24hr): No refund; guide paid as if session occurred. No rescheduling. Full value forfeited for cancelled sessions per-session.
4.6 Guide cancels (<24hr): Guide pays full value, penalized 100% list price from payout wallet. Coins/credits issued to seekers if guide is at fault.
No-show Policy
5.1 Guide no-show: 2-minute grace period, seekers get full refund in coins, guide forfeits fee, 100% penalty from guide’s payout wallet.
5.2 Seeker no-show: 5-minute grace period, guide is paid, seeker receives no refund unless at least one seeker joins; applies per session in journey.
Refund Mechanism
6.1 Refunds are issued pro-rata to the wallet immediately, and to the original payment source within 14 days if required.
6.2 Penalties and deductions are processed automatically based on timing and reason for cancellation/no-show.
6.3 Coins/credits issued to seekers if fault lies with the guide.
Special Notes
7.1 For journey bookings (multi-session), the above logic applies per session.
7.2 Sessions proceed if at least one seeker shows up, regardless of cancellations by others.
7.3 All rescheduling/cancellation requests must be made in writing or through the official portal.
7.4 The guide cannot reschedule at any time, only seekers may request rescheduling as permitted above.
7.5 Cancellation/no-show policies are enforced strictly and are non-negotiable outside of extenuating circumstances.
Cosmx Guide On-boarding Agreement
This Guide Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Cosmx (“the Company”) and me, the undersigned Guide (“I”, “me”, or “my”). By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
1. My Engagement
1.1 I acknowledge that I am being onboarded as an independent service provider and not as an employee, partner, agent, or representative of Cosmx.
1.2 I agree that Cosmx is a platform that connects me with users (“Seekers”) and does not control or guarantee the content or outcome of my services.
2. My Obligations
I agree to:
2.1 Provide only accurate and truthful information regarding my identity, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
2.2 Deliver services ethically, responsibly, and with professional integrity.
2.3 Not provide medical diagnoses, prescribe drugs, or give financial or legal guarantees unless I am duly licensed and lawfully permitted to. I shall also honestly and expressly disclose details of any criminal antecedents relating to me and/or any criminal/civil cases filed against me (both pending and disposed).
2.4 Maintain strict confidentiality of all Seeker information. I also undertake to delete all data relating to the subscribed user immediately within a period of 24 hours (maximum) upon receipt of any such request for deletion either from the Platform or the Seekers.
2.5 Comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.
2.6 I undertake to report all activities that are in violation of the User Guide Agreement and aimed at solicitation of sexual advices, child abuse, any personally provocative advances and/or religious/community/caste hate related comments. The list is not exhaustive and shall extend to other code of ethics and community guidelines in force and that may be applied at a later stage by any statutory enforcing agency.
3. Verification
3.1 I understand that Cosmx, through its verification partner On-Grid, will conduct identity, address, and criminal record checks prior to onboarding.
3.2 I agree that Cosmx relies on the documents I provide in good faith but does not guarantee authenticity.
3.3 I accept full responsibility and liability for any misrepresentation or falsification of documents or qualifications, and I agree to indemnify Cosmx for any resulting claims or damages.
4. Pricing & Payments
4.1 I acknowledge that the Platform base price for a 15-minute session is INR 499 (exclusive of GST). I may set my own pricing above this base, but I must always offer sessions in 15, 30, and 60-minute durations.
4.2 I agree that 30-minute sessions will carry an auto-applied 10% discount, and 60-minute sessions at 20% discount, over the 15-minute rate.
4.3 I agree that Journeys (3–5 sessions) and Masterclasses must follow Platform-prescribed pricing rules.
4.4 I understand that payments are routed through Cosmx-approved payment gateways, and Cosmx will deduct its commission/fees before remitting amounts due to me.
4.5 All reconciliations with respect to current month’s Guide earning will be done in the first week of subsequent month and the guides shall be provided with a statement of such reconciliation on the Guide dashboard. This clause shall accordingly guide the payment structure for the respective Guides.
5. Cancellations, Refund and Rescheduling
5.1 If I cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before a scheduled session or masterclass, I may do so without penalty, provided Seekers are notified immediately with an option for the Seekers to either reschedule without any charges and/or seek full refund.
5.2 If I cancel a session, journey session, or masterclass between 24 and 48 hours before it is scheduled to begin, I agree to pay a penalty equal to 100% of the list price, which will be deducted from my payout. Seekers shall have a right to receive a full refund.
5.3 If I cancel less than 24 hours before a scheduled session or masterclass, I agree to pay the full value of the session, in addition to a 100% list price penalty, and Seekers shall receive a full refund.
5.3 If I fail to show up for a session or masterclass, a 2-minute grace period applies. After the grace period, I acknowledge that Seekers will receive a full refund in the form of Cosmx coins, and I will forfeit my fee and pay a 100% list price penalty.
6. Seeker Cancellations
6.1 If a Seeker cancels between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled session, I will receive 50% of the amount paid by the Seeker; the remaining 50% will be refunded to the Seeker. One reschedule is permitted; additional cancellations will result in forfeiture of the amount paid by the Seeker.
6.2 If a Seeker cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or masterclass, I will be paid as if the session or masterclass occurred. No reschedules will be allowed.
6.3 I understand that for masterclasses, the session will continue if at least one Seeker attends.
7. Rescheduling Restrictions
7.1 I shall only reschedule sessions or journey sessions more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
7.2 I shall not reschedule masterclasses under any circumstances.
8. Confidentiality & Data
8.1 I will maintain confidentiality of all Seeker information obtained during sessions.
8.2 I will not record, store, share, or disclose Seeker data without explicit written consent.
8.3 I acknowledge that Cosmx processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
9. Non-Diclosure of Platform Information :
9.1 Product / Platform Design / Seekers Database form the backbone of the Company and hence norms for their usage are very important. The Guide should ensure that they use only approved softwares and take back-up of all important data. Uses that threaten the integrity of the Platform, the privacy of others, or that are otherwise illegal, are hence forbidden. The Platform reserves the right to access and monitor all messages and files on its system, including information regarding Guide Internet uses, as and when deemed necessary and appropriate. The Product / Platform Design / Seekers Database shall be used in an effective, ethical and lawful manner.
9.2 The Guide understands that protection of all confidential information is essential. The Guide shall be committed to protecting business and personal information of a confidential nature obtained from Seekers, Platform clients, associates and employees. “Confidential Information” includes all trade related information, trade secrets, confidential and privileged information, customer, legal, scientific, technical data and specifications that are provided to or made available to the Guides by the Platform to facilitate their work or that the Guide is able to know or has obtained access by virtue of the Guide-On Board/Engagement Agreement/ or its position with the Platform.
9.3 Confidential Information may take many forms. An oral presentation about the Platform’s product or development plans may contain protected trade secrets. A clientele list or employee list may be a protected trade secret. A demo of a developing version of the Platform’s new product may contain information protected by trade secret and copyright laws. The Same Product / Design / Business Model cannot be used / replicated by the Guide for any other purpose other than for the purpose of the services provided by the Platform. The information so received during the subsistence of the Guide-On Board/Engagement agreement relating to the Product / Design / Business Model cannot be shared with other who are not a part of the Platform. The legal department can enforce a non-Disclosure agreement to fit any particular situation that may arise at a later stage, and will co-ordinate appropriate execution of such agreements on behalf of the Platform. Even after a non-Disclosure agreement is in place, a Guide should accept only the information necessary to accomplish the purpose of receiving it, such as a decision on whether to proceed to negotiate a deal or execute a particular task. If more detailed or extensive confidential information is offered and it is not necessary, for the Guide immediate purposes, it should be refused.
9.4 The Guides should never attempt to obtain a competitor’s information by improper means, and they should especially never contact a competitor regarding their confidential information. It is important to take extra care when dealing with competitors. It is inevitable that parties herein and competitors will from time to time, meet, talk and attend the same industry or association meeting. In all contacts with competitors, Guides shall not discuss pricing policy, contract terms, costs, Platform’s marketing and product development plans, surveys and studies and other proprietary and confidential information. Discussion of these subjects or collaboration on them with competitors can be illegal. In summary, Guides should disassociate themselves and the parties from participation in any possible illegal activity with competitors, confine communication to what is clearly legal and proper.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Any original materials or content I create remain my intellectual property.
10.2 I grant Cosmx a limited license to use my profile, likeness, and content for Platform promotion.
10.3 Whereas I acknowledge that the Platform layout, brand name, trademark and copyright on logo and the product design shall not be used by me outside the platform and I have no right or claim over the same and are the exclusive property of the Platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 I accept that I am solely responsible for the services and advice I provide to Seekers.
11.2 I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cosmx, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from my services.
12. Termination
12.1 Cosmx may suspend or terminate my account if I violate this Agreement, misrepresent my qualifications, engage in unethical practices and/or hide or fail to make complete disclosure of any information that is expressly sought.
12.2 Either parties shall have a right to terminate this Agreement with 15 days’ written notice.
12.3 Termination will not affect outstanding payment obligations.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
14. Entire Agreement
I agree that this Agreement contains the complete understanding between me and Cosmx and supersedes any prior discussions or communications.
15. Acknowledgment of Terms
I understand that Cosmx may amend this policy based on operational requirements, platform usage, or business needs.
I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms of this policy. I understand that failure to comply may result in penalties, adjustments to my payout, or suspension/termination from the Cosmx platform.
16. My Conduct
I agree to:
Treat all Seekers with respect and dignity.
Not harass, abuse, discriminate against, or behave inappropriately towards Seekers.
Not solicit Seekers outside the Platform for personal or commercial gain.
Never prescribe or suggest prescription drugs.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy is intended for users of the online platform (“Cosmx”) offering Astrology, Tarot, Fortune Telling, Numerology, Vastu, Energy Alignment, Life Coaching, Interpretive and Healing Sciences, Wellness, and Counselling services in India. The Platform’s compliance is in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, its draft Rules of 2025, sector regulations, and self-regulation standards in India.
2. Data Collection & Processing
2.1 The Platform collects, processes, stores, and discloses personal data such as name, contact details, date of birth, gender, payment information, and service usage to provide the stated services.
2.2 Information is collected with user consent (“Seekers”), which is obtained through clear and plain language notices.
2.3 Where users are under 18 years old or otherwise unable to consent, verifiable parental or guardian consent is mandated.
3. Purpose of Data Use
3.1 Data is used for providing services, user support, personalization, marketing (with explicit consent), internal analytics, improving offerings, and compliance with applicable law.
3.2 Explicit purposes for which data is collected will be made available in notices at the time of collection.
4. User Rights
4.1 Users have the right to access, correct, update, delete their personal data, withdraw consent at any time, and nominate an individual in certain cases for data rights.

5. Data Security & Breach Notification
5.1 Reasonable and adequate security measures are undertaken to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or loss of personal data.
5.2 In the event of a data breach, users and the Data Protection Board will be notified within 72 hours, and remedial steps will be taken.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
6.1 Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purpose.
6.2 Data of users inactive for more than 3 years will be deleted, and users notified at least 48 hours in advance.
7. Disclosures to Third Parties
7.1 Data is not shared with third parties except as required for service delivery, legal compliance, or with user consent.
7.2 Any cross-border data transfer will comply with Indian law.
8. Changes to Policy
8.1 The Platform may update this policy from time to time. Users are encouraged to periodically review this policy.
9. General Disclaimer
9.1 All services (Astrology, Tarot, Fortune Telling, Numerology, Vastu, Energy Alignment, Life Coaching, Interpretive and Healing Sciences, Wellness, and Counselling) are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.
9.2 The Platform does not guarantee any specific outcomes or accuracy of readings, assessments, or advice. Past records or testimonials are not indicative of future results.
9.3 Engagement with services is voluntary and at the user’s own discretion.
9.4 Results may vary from person to person, depending on several individual and unknown factors.
9.5 The Platform and its service providers do not promise the prevention, treatment, or cure of any disease, mental health, or financial condition.
10. No Liability
10.1 The Platform shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of services or reliance on any information provided.
10.2 All content and services are provided “As Is” and without warranties of any kind.
11. Not Crisis Support
11. 1 The Platform does not provide crisis or emergency psychological assistance. In case of crisis situations (including thoughts of self-harm), users are advised to seek immediate help from qualified local professionals or helplines.
12. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
12.1 Disclaimers are displayed with all advice, services, and advertising in accordance with Indian law and the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines.

13. 1 Any reference or link to external websites is for user convenience only. The Platform is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
By using this Platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy and accompanying disclaimers.
